We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, underwear items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us in advance, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If the return is made for personal reasons, the return shipping fee will need to be covered by the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item first. Once your return is accepted, please place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at official@curvvvy.com.
