When You Are Charged
Payment is collected in full at the time you place your order. Curvvvy does not offer subscriptions or memberships and applies no recurring or automatic charges — you are billed only for the items in each order you place.
Currency
All orders are billed in US Dollars (USD). For international orders, any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the recipient’s responsibility, as described in our Shipping Policy.
Statement Descriptor
Charges from Curvvvy appear on your card or bank statement under a descriptor associated with Curvvvy / curvvvy.com. If you don’t recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it so we can help resolve it quickly.
Cancellations & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your payment details or choose another method listed on our Payment Methods page.
